TOP Supper Application

TOP Application was a Knowledge Enterprise, where I served as Chairman of the Board from February 2020 to June 2023, leading its transformation into one of Iran’s largest and most successful super applications. My tenure focused on expanding market reach, diversifying services, and driving financial growth, positioning TOP as a dominant player in the fintech and digital services sector.

One of the key initiatives was the design, implementation, and launch of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) wallets, a groundbreaking addition to Iran’s fintech ecosystem. This infrastructure allowed millions of users to access credit-based payment solutions, increasing financial inclusion and creating new revenue streams for the platform. Additionally, I oversaw the development and deployment of healthcare and tourism APIs, enabling seamless integration with medical services, insurance providers, travel platforms, and lifestyle applications, further broadening the app’s functionality and consumer appeal.

A major focus of TOP Supper Application was expanding user acquisition and engagement, which resulted in the active user base growing from 100,000 to over 10 million. This growth was driven by a targeted marketing and advertising program, strategic partnerships with key financial institutions, and the introduction of over 100 new services spanning financial services, automotive solutions, payment systems, tourism, healthcare, and customer loyalty programs. This diversification not only enhanced the platform’s competitiveness but also solidified its position as Iran’s leading super application.

By optimizing business models and monetization strategies, we successfully scaled TOP’s financial infrastructure, handling hundreds of millions of transactions, reinforcing its reliability and scalability in the digital payment industry. Recognizing the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility, TOP championed initiatives that led to the elimination of paper receipts, saving millions of sheets of paper and preventing the loss of thousands of trees, aligning the company’s growth with environmentally conscious practices.

TOP evolved from a financial app into a full-scale super application, offering comprehensive digital services while maintaining scalability, operational efficiency, and financial stability. Looking ahead, TOP is well-positioned to expand its fintech and digital commerce capabilities, leveraging the strategic foundation, technological advancements, and market position established during my tenure.
