Simorgh was a Knowledge Enterprise, where I served as Vice Chairman of the Board from October 2023 to March 2024, leading strategic initiatives that transformed the company’s technological infrastructure, service offerings, and market position. My primary focus was overseeing the design, development, and successful launch of two flagship applications—CI and SIBIPAY, both of which played a key role in expanding Simorgh’s presence in insurance and financial technology services.

A major part of my role was enhancing the company’s organizational structure, ensuring operational efficiency and aligning the Planning and Development Department with the company’s long-term strategic goals. By optimizing workflows and restructuring internal processes, we improved agility, innovation, and cross-department collaboration, setting the foundation for scalable growth.

On the technological front, I led the revamping of Simorgh’s Insurance System, integrating modern tech frameworks to enhance scalability, security, and adaptability. This initiative also included the launch of a Unified Insurance System, allowing seamless integration across multiple operational functions, improving workflow efficiency, and delivering enhanced customer experience. Another key achievement was overseeing the development of Simorgh’s Appointment Booking System, which significantly improved customer accessibility and service efficiency.

By fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, I ensured Simorgh delivered cutting-edge products while maintaining strong governance and financial discipline. The successful development of CI and SIBIPAY applications, along with advancements in digital insurance and fintech solutions, established Simorgh as a prominent player in its industry, setting new benchmarks for operational and technological excellence. Looking ahead, Simorgh is well-positioned to expand its digital offerings, leveraging the foundational advancements and strategic direction established.
