Caspian was a Knowledge Enterprise where I served as Innovation and Marketing Manager from January 2018 to March 2021, driving strategic innovation, business development, and market expansion. My role centered on building and operationalizing four Strategic Business Units (SBUs), each designed with independent revenue and cost centers, allowing for agile and scalable growth. These SBUs set a benchmark for comprehensive business development, inspiring other organizations to adopt similar models.
A major aspect of my leadership was designing and launching Cobalt Open Banking, an API-driven platform that provided comprehensive payment and financial services to organizations, enterprises, and startups. The platform served hundreds of clients, managing high-volume transactions daily, and offering a wide portfolio of API services, positioning Caspian as a leader in open banking solutions.
Beyond open banking, I led the development of Hoodad Smart Products, an AI-powered analytics division focused on big data processing, predictive modeling, and business intelligence solutions. This unit delivered statistical analysis, data visualization tools, and advanced reporting solutions, enabling businesses to extract actionable insights from vast datasets.
In the fintech sector, I spearheaded Hoobank Mobile Systems, which introduced mobile-first financial solutions, significantly enhancing customer engagement and service delivery. This division focused on developing mobile applications tailored to modern banking and financial transactions, reinforcing Caspian’s presence in the fast-growing digital finance space.
To support these advancements, I established the Network and Data Center SBU, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure for Caspian’s digital operations. This initiative strengthened the company’s ability to provide reliable and cutting-edge network solutions, positioning it as a trusted technology provider.
In addition to leading technology and product innovation, I was instrumental in national startup attraction initiatives, investing in and mentoring high-potential startups, and launching select projects to drive industry-wide transformation. These initiatives contributed to Caspian’s reputation as an innovation hub, fostering a strong ecosystem of entrepreneurs and digital pioneers.
